ASC Advisors was recently mentioned in PR Week along with the financial communications agency’s new hire, Max Rayden, who joined as a Senior Director based in West Palm Beach:

‘ASC Advisors has appointed Max Rayden to the newly created role of senior director to focus on the South Florida market, effective on Monday. 

ASC serves alternative investment managers such as private credit funds, private equity, hedge funds, real-estate hedge funds and venture capitalists. 

“The focus will really be on supporting those clients throughout the evolution of their life cycle,” said Rayden, who is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. “That can be anything from proactive brand building, media relations campaigns, announcements, special situations, regulatory communications and then any activist investor work as well.” 

Rayden joined ASC Advisors from Edelman Smithfield, where he provided strategic communications counsel to clients across capital markets organizations, including private equity and private credit firms, hedge-funds, venture capital and asset managers and banks.’
