The webinar began with an introduction from Nikki Pirrello, P&I President and Publisher, and Steve Bruce, ASC Advisors Managing Partner, who discussed the inception of the report and its evolution over the past 15 years. Subsequently, Erin Arvedlund, P&I Managing Editor, and Lydia Tomkiw, P&I Senior Reporter covering hedge funds, took everyone through the data, key takeaways and trends that defined the past year for the industry.

Finally, the webinar concluded with a timely discussion between Brian Croce, P&I Washington Bureau Chief, and Marc Elovitz, Schulte Roth and Zabel Co-Managing Partner, where they discussed the regulatory landscape over the past year and the outlook for 2025.
